System requirements:

One of the following operating systems:

  1. Microsoft Windows XP (Home or Professional)
  2. Any Microsoft Windows operating system newer than XP

Internet Explorer 6.0 or above:

Obtained at the following location:

www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

The Microsoft .NET framework:

We are using the latest version of .NET (version 1.1). If the setup program downloaded from the link above does not work or if the program does not install properly, it may be because the .NET framework is not present or is not up to date. To install this framework, click on the following link to visit the Microsoft Windows Update page. After clicking on "Pick Updates to Install" you will eventually see a menu item for your operating system. Click on that and browse the list of recommended updates. If it gives you the option to download .NET 1.1, please do so and perform the "Typical" installation. You can (and should) also obtain the latest copy of Internet Explorer.

v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

Download Instructions:

Be sure that the installer has unfettered access to the internet throughout the download process.

You will be downloading a "setup" program that makes sure your machine is ready to install the product.  Either press "Open" when the download dialog appears or, if you choose to save the setup program, be sure to run it immediately.  Once running, the setup program will download the installation package and begin the installation of the product.

When the authentication dialog appears asking if you'd like to run the installation program, press "Yes".

You can either download the setup program and run it from your machine or run the installation from the web. In either case, if the download or installation process appears to have stalled, please be patient because the bulk of the installation package is downloaded in the background.

After the installation, an icon will appear on your desktop that will allow you to launch the program. Note that the default location for your resume will be in the directory where you installed the program.
