This is the "intermixed - rich text – copy - from text area" section. You must specify what you are going to copy:

all text

Choose this option if you want to copy all the text in the intermixed rich text area.

selected (highlighted) text

Choose this option if you only want to copy the selected (highlighted) text in the intermixed rich text area. This option is only available if you have highlighted some text.
